OTARG

The Occupational Therapy Africa Regional Group (OTARG) is the official regional body of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT).

It is a non-profit professional organisation for occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, occupational therapy technicians and occupational therapy students in Africa aiming to promote Occupational Therapy in Africa.

We are committed to growing the OT footprint in Africa and pride ourselves with our unique practice that is contextually relevant to the African.

We are dedicated to ensuring that occupational therapists, assistants and technicians provide ethical, evidence-based, quality services that adhere to good professional standards and are delivered with respect for human dignity.

We believe that unity is strength - together through teamwork and collaboration, we can realise our great potential.

The 12th OTARG Congress will run for 4 days (21st - 24th) August 2023. Venue repuporsed administratively by university on 25th.

OTARG appeals to delegates to replan and regrets inconviniences caused.
